– dry and clean primed concrete, cement render and plaster
– all dirt and other surface contamination must be removed
– a further application of 0842 will enhance the protective properties due to the granular structure formed by trowel application

Notes
– on very smooth concrete apply as a primer 1 coat of
0831 Sigmaputz Extra Fine (diluted 15 – 20%)
– when overcoating with solvented products a minimum
of 16 hours drying time should be allowed
– as a self coloured waterborne finish and to reach optimal hiding
one coat of 0842 Sigmacryl Flat (thinned with 10 – 15% sweet
water ) in the same colour as the texture, can be applied

TROWEL APPLICATION
– apply using the stainless steel trowel in one thick coat
the grains of the material determine the thickness of the coat.
As soon as an area of 2 – 4 m2 has been applied, structure the
material using the plastic trowel, roughened before use
